How to verify visa stamp.Genuine or fake?

HELLO EVERY BODY,
my friend got visa though an agent.it took 9 months for processing time.he hasn't gone through medical or interview.Agent just sent him email a scan of visa
asking for money upfront.Now we r not sure visa is genuine or fake.His VO is New Delhi.on visa lable visa sub class is written "working" instead of "worker" which makes us very suspicious. so pls come up with ur suggestion. pls seniors help me.

I would be very concerned. An interview is not mandatory, however a medical is. Without it a visa can not be issued. Then there is the issue of misspelling ...

Did your friend check his / her ecas status for decision made?

This looks like a fraud case... you should also report that person to CIC if it is a fraud.

what visa is that? is it PR visa or work permit?

Sorry mate,
agent has taken passport and other docs and after 9 months just informed straightway that visa is stamped.no medical at all.he just provided us with a copy of scanned visa copy and demands money upfront.it is huge sum.i m indian.it is work permit.

for work permit medicals are not required i suppose....in ur country india is so much corruption. other day i was reading about ielts scams...report him to police....y u ppl hire consultans and dont apply on ur own and then later blame consultants??

Check with your local VO and send them scanning of visa, please don't pay anything unless you get confirmation from NDVO also share the details of your agent with NDVO.

contact canadian embassy in india and inform them of whole situation. dont let agent black mail ur firend. thx
