How to upload Medical for new PR protal

I have received a CIC email for a medical exam for my parents, but I don't have access to upload the medical files they have done with the doctor, the new portal doesn't allow view or upload anything. I remember when I applying PR I need to submit a copy of medical result.

I also received an email stating I am eligible for a sponsor but its states in the letter that :

Requirements for Processing
In order to minimize delays, please submit a valid email address for the Principal Applicant and/or
their Authorized Representative via IRCC secure account (MyCIC) at
www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html. This
email address will be used to communicate with the Principal Applicant and their dependant family
member (if applicable) throughout the processing of their application.
Please note that the following documentation is required for your sponsored family
members. If not already included in your application, please obtain and submit as soon as
possible:

I have submitted every document through the new portal and paid through the new portal, I am confused about what to do now. Do I open a new account on MyCIC and do it all over?

For family sponsorship after medical request, the clinics upload directly to IRCC, hyou don't need to do anything. You probably applied for PR using an upfront medical which is different (clinic has no file number to upload results to when medical is done).

You provide an email address for whichever of your parents is the principal applicant. You could actually use one of your emails or do a joint email with your parent, if they agree.

Note: you may want to have your parents appoint you their repreresentative, you'll be able to check files and do all the stuff instead of them. You'll need the relevant forms.

Thank you for answering the first question, I have my email registered when opening the account in the new PR portal, and give the email to the clinic.

For the second, in the new portal I already put myself as their representative, do I still register an account in MYCIC and do the forms all over even though I already had done it already in the new portal?

I don't know the new portal well so not certain.

i got the same letter. looks like they are asking you to link this application to myCIC. you can either create a new account or use existing account to link. you don't have to do the forms again.

btw, you won't be able to check status in PR portal. It always shows 'submitted'. To check status, ECAS or linked myCIC is the way to go.

I tried to link but it couldn't find and I failed link 5 times so they just locked me... this is so weird

When did you submit the application and when did you receive the medical request and sponsorship approval?

In this sponsor approved email, did they ask for police certificate and other forms?
