How to "TAG" the Luggage?

I have read on the airlines' site and heard from many friends that we have to tag our luggage inside and outside. I don't know about it. Can anyone tell me how to tag my luggage?

TAGGING of luggage would mean put your name into it so would be able to identify it when it comes out of the conveyor/carousel

I like to tie bold coloured ribbons on the handles in a couple of different colours. This decreases the chance that someone will pick up your bag by accident. Putting a name and address on the INSIDE (put it on a large piece of paper) so that it is plainly visible when the case is opened is useful in case your luggage ID is lost.

Aside from putting ribbons and stickers, you may want to consider getting "unique" colored luggage..

Mine is neon orange so it's easy to find but the disadvantage is it gets dirty easily
