I understand the call center agents frequently goes through similar question and frequent calls of status request which I assume they do not know, however I called CIC this morning it most likely landed Montreal based call center and faced really rude agent who doesnt even want to ask my UCI kept telling have patience and I am wasting my and their time ? Interestingly this is not the first time I face and hear similar response. Did anybody face such problems and are there any options to report to CIC such unpleasant response agents ?
I know somebody thinks they are exhausted and have no info, however I was probably the very first or first 3 callers he received and we have a rights to ask for the information on our file.
Any thoughts ?
