How to sponsor a person from canada who is in Canada but have removal orders

Alright. Its tough and four months are short. But as per profiler answer if we can convince immigration officer to grant him stay so that we can spend more time together inland then still decide to get married. Can something like this happen. I cant leave canada to live with him in another country as my job is here and also my citizenship is in process.

A deferral is requested at the time the removal is announced from my understanding. He can go to a CBSA office after to request one, but he should bring PR evidence!

That isn't really how it works. He's been issued a removal order; he can't just ask for more time. You can apply inland and it's possible that CBSA will hold off on removing him but there is no guarantee.

If you place your job and your citizenship application above your relationship, then you can't love him that much...

Being pragmatic, the circumstances seem pretty insurmountable. From what I have read and understand (feel free to correct me), the removal order is in effect as soon as the court rendered an unfavourable finding and he must leave immediately. You would need to get married, submit the application and get IRCC to stay the removal order of a man who has run the every avenue possible to stay in Canada all in a very short period of time (and now a plan to marry and apply for a PR). Something I doubt you have. I would be prepared for the worst (sorry, just being honest) and start looking for ways to be with him outside of Canada for a while. I suspect your efforts will be for naught in the short term.

i know 4 months is quick but this is the need of the moment. But i hv no worries as i hv no such doubts. I am 32 and well settled and also good looking. I am also doing a good job.i hv no other reason to marry him other than love. You all can understand how painful would it be to see him leave. Please if anyone knows how to fix this let me know.

There is no easy fix. You state yourself a quick marriage is "need of the moment" so he won't get deported. This is a marriage of convenience. If it wasn't for the immigration issue and he was here legally, you would not be rushing into the marriage after 4 months of knowing him.

A better solution in this case is probably to let him voluntarily leave, continue a long distance relationship with him, visit him as often as you can, and get married and submit his PR app after a more reasonable time in the relationship. It will be more tough in the short term to be apart, but may be better in the long term as opposed to a rejected PR app. However ultimately it's up to you how to proceed.

You said you are truly in love with him, and I don't doubt you. IRCC may not doubt that you feel that way.
But they will definitely doubt whether HE truly feels that way, or whether he's making a calculated move to
find a sponsor through marriage at exactly the same time that all of his other options for staying in Canada have run out.
IRCC will also have questions in their own mind whether you will continue to feel the same way about him after a longer
period of time, such as a year. They will evaluate whether the relationship is truly genuine and whether there truly exists
an honest long-term commitment to each other. You can honestly feel your relationship is based on love, but IRCC will
closely examine whether they believe the same is true about him.

Your challenge will be to prove this marriage has a legitimate basis, other than immigration.
That's going to be a difficult challenge in this situation.
