How to resubmit online application after application returned?

My application for family sponsorship (common-law, outland) was returned due to a missing signature, and also i added the wrong checklist. I fixed the issues on the original application, but the submit button is greyed out. So i thought i would have to create a new application and re-upload everything and fill out everything again. So i did just that, and even added more evidence to make the application stronger. However after doing everything, the button is still greyed out? Everything says " ready to submit", I've double and triple checked all the forms and it's all completed and ready to go. I've done the digital signature, uploaded my receipt again, etc. I'm not sure why the button is still greyed out. I'm getting anxious because I've already wasted time with the application getting returned.

I have no idea what to do and I've sent a message via the online form but obviously they'll take a while to reply, and I'm not even sure they'll be helpful. I've seen this happen to other people in the forums, but no one ever posted a solution, so I'm hoping someone else went through the same thing and figured it out. I'm not in Canada at the moment, I'm visiting family in Mexico and won't be back for another month, so I can't call either.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance!

Did you complete your travel history information?

No I just double checked again and all dates are correct, everything is filled out. I have attached an image of what my application looks like, maybe someone can see something I'm missing?

This was helpful thanks for posting it. Just like I initially suspected, you did not fill out your travel history. It is form 5562, the 22nd one from the top (if I counted correctly). The button there says "start".

Wow, you're right, i filled it out and the submit button finally changed to green, and I could finally submit the application. It's strange because my first application didn't have it filled out, and i was able to submit. Also it's not in the checklist at all, i double checked.

Oh well, thank you so much, I appreciate you taking the time to help!

No problem, that'll be $50 :p haha

Some background: 5562 is usually part of the country specific requirements when applying by paper, but it seems like IRCC is moving towards making it a requirement for all application types from what I see (at least online).
