Oh yeah, this happened to me, but with form imm1344e, which tells you not to physically sign the form if you apply online. So I didn't sign the form, and what do you know, my application was returned because I DO need to physically sign it. Wasted 3 months because of bad IRCC Instructions...

No I just double checked again and all dates are correct, everything is filled out. I have attached an image of what my application looks like, maybe someone can see something I'm missing?

My application for family sponsorship (common-law, outland) was returned due to a missing signature, and also i added the wrong checklist. I fixed the issues on the original application, but the submit button is greyed out. So i thought i would have to create a new application and re-upload...
