How to renew PR card online

I researched on how to renew PR card online but
I can't find the answer. All I found was to pay the $50
fee online, fill up the form and photocopy the necessary
supporting documents and mail it. However, is there a fastest way
by just submitting it all online instead of taking time to mail it. Thanks.

No you can't apply online. You have to send a signed application by mail or courier.

You can pay your fees for a paper application online. When you apply online (not on paper), we ask you to pay at the end of your application so this option is not for you.
What does that mean "if you apply online (not on paper)?
