As a big part of spouse sponsorship, it is important that to prove the sponsored person wants to come to Canada who is not for getting residency.
How can I prove that?

By proving to CIC that the sponsor and applicant are in a genuine, loving relationship.

Did you discuss with your spouse about staying in their country if app is not aproved? You could also explain that the permanent resident application app is a decision that you both agreed it was better to stay in Canada than other country but if for some unknown reason it is declined then you would be just as fine in staying in the other country.

Showing that the sponsored person has no relatives living in Canada, he/she never tried to enter canada in the past, and that he/she only wants to come Canada to be with you, and you guys have no problems living in his/her country if the application is refused

Basically, you show proof that the relationship is genuine - that you two really love one another. If the visa officer believes that, then he or she will believe that the applicant is not marrying just to move to Canada.

If the application is being processed at a 'difficult' visa office, or there are a lot of red flags, then it might be a good idea to mention somewhere that the two of you have discussed what to do if the application is rejected, and have agreed that you will then go live in the applicant's country together.
