Hi all!

Is anybody could help me with regards to my requirements applying under FSW. I am Temporary Foreign worker here in Canada and want to apply for PR. I apply to another employer under the NOC since my work here is not one of it. How can my employer do this Arranged Employement process to HRSDC. Where can we get the forms or where to start to be able to avail it? I really need to know how it should be done since my arranged employer does'nt seem to care doing a lot of work because he is a busy man but he is 100% willing to hire me and open to this arrangement. I need this process so in my own sense that i should work on it by myself and just ask him to fill out or whatever information needed for this.

I would be very happy for your help guys and open to any advices about FSW application.
Thank you and have a good one.

What is your NOC?
The AEO can only be applied by your employer on your behalf.
For an in-depth info on the AEO, follow the link below.
http://www.hrsdc.gc.ca/eng/workplaceskills/foreign_workers/poarremp.shtml
To get the application form which must be completed by your employer and also signed by you, follow this link
http://www.servicecanada.gc.ca/cgi-bin/search/eforms/index.cgi?app=prfl&frm=emp5275&ln=eng

Have you also considered the Canadian Experience Class? These conditions apply:
•plan to live outside the province of Quebec
•be either: ◦a temporary foreign worker with at least two years of full-time (or equivalent) skilled work experience in Canada, or
a foreign graduate from a Canadian post-secondary institution with at least one year of full-time (or equivalent) skilled work experience in Canada
•have gained your experience in Canada with the proper work or study authorization
•apply while working in Canada – or – within one year of leaving your job in Canada
•include the results of an independent language test (from an agency designated by CIC) with your application
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp
NB: Your work experience must be Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A or B on the NOC.

Wish you all the best!

I don't think so he is eligible for CEC as he mentioned in his post ,NOC doesn't match with his work

Thank you kanamen and Mandie for the information i really appreciate it. And i was wondering, i thought in the first place understanding the CIC procedure for FSW with AEO that at least your work permit is valid for the processing of your application until you get the PR. Does this means i can just provide my current work permit and just ask for a letter from my arranged employer indicating all the info about the company and the employment? Or we really have to apply for AEO approval from HRSDC?

Anyways my NOC code is 0631 :D
