How to Prioritize TRV application for parents of PR/Citizen

I am a PR and expecting my baby in October. I have applied for Visitor Visa for my parents from India on March 29 2021 and they completed their Biometrics on April 19 2021. I would like to have my parents here in Canada for my delivery.

What all steps can I take to prioritize their application? Every small information from you can help me out. And also please share your experience. Thanks!

If you have flagged their application as meeting the travel exemption their application is prioritized.

My mother wants to travel from Pakistan and visit me. She has a visitor visa. I am here in Canada on PR with my family. Can she enter in Canada with full vaccination.
