How to order notes if sponsor is outside Canada?

When is the best time (earliest) that you should order them. Thank you!

It's more of an individual preference. I ordered it 4 times - after sponsor approval, file transfer, when we received a document request and submitted what was asked. Once PR is issued, I will order one last time just to see what the officers had to say.

Did you also want to know how to order notes if you are outside Canada? If so, you need someone in Canada (e.g. Canadian citizen, PR, or someone with a valid work/study permit or visitor visa) to apply on your behalf.

Like you i intend to order notes once we get decision made to see the full history of our application.

We ordered notes 2 months after submitting the documents. Our application was not in process yet, so the notes didn't tell us much except that medical was passed and the visa officer did not have concerns about our relationship.

Since your application went into process in August, perhaps you could order notes by the end of November or December to see what they've done so far.
