Hello
I wanted to know more about the correspondence that is sent from CIC to an applicant.
From the online tool on the CIC website, I found out that correspondence receipt of acknowledgment was sent out back in May to my husband. Neither one of us has received the letter or any documents that have been sent out.
Does anyone know how to obtain these letters again? I gave my email id {checked spam} and correct mailing address but nothing was found on our side.
Now we have more correspondence sent out on July 18th but we have no idea where these were mailed out to. How do I find out?
Also, is there an international contact number for CIC?

Did you try to link your application? Usually you need to wait for AOR first to link using your UCI or application number but some people have been successful linking even before they received AOR just entering their place of birth and some other information in GCkey account. If you manage to get it linked you will most likely be able to see that sent correspondence in your account.

yes i have tried numerous times but no luck with linking the application.
GCKey and Sign-in Partner accounts both show that there are no matches.or online applications found. Do both these portals show the same information?
