how to obtain kuwait pcc from india please help

My husband is in india and we want kuwait pcc since he worked in kuwait for 5 years , we know we can send a representative and get it done but for that they require finger print i am very stressed coz the police station in india is not helping they are not giving us the finger print form.What should we do

You can return to Kuwait to apply for the police certificate; OR

send a representative on your behalf to apply for the police certificate with the required documents listed below; OR

obtain certificates from a Kuwaiti embassy or consulate by providing the documents listed below.

Required documents are a copy of the passport you used in Kuwait, a copy of your old or expired resident visa in Kuwait, a copy of your current passport (if applying at a Kuwaiti embassy or consulate), a copy of your current valid resident permit (if applying at a Kuwaiti embassy or consulate), a fingerprint form, four photographs; and 10 Kuwaiti dinars.
Note: Fees are subject to change.

where to get finger prints done from?he is the small town in karnataka and police station there say they dont know about it

Its better to contact kuwait embassy in delhi or consulate in mumbai. or if hes near banglore he can enquire about any agents who can work on this by paying some amount. local police may not have that infrastructure either he can go to district office or find out means of getting police understand situation
