how to obtain job offer?

Hello,
I am currently working on closed work permit which is valid until September, 2015. After this point is uncertain if extension will be offered.
I am looking for alternative options for permeant residence across Canada, preferably in British Columbia. How can I to obtain a job offer, find an employer who would support my plans for permeant residence? I would very much appreciate any advice.

Ways include going on the Canadian JobBank website, Talk to locals restaurant owners, Craigslist and start going on as many job interviews as you can - no offers will come if you're not being active about it

yeah better to be upfront about it , also join up with recruiting agencies in whichever province you are in , recruitment agencies are good they have direct link to the organizations
