JOB Offer for FSW 2013

Hi,

I just wanted to check with you all guys as to how to obtain a job offer for the FSW program? I heard the process is much more speedy with a job offer.

Whomever i get in touch says either i need to have a PR to apply for a job or have studied in Canada. I am currently in USA and looking for jobs in hospitality industry.

Any help, comments, recommendations would really be appreciated.

You need to find an employer who can apply for LMO or AEO for you, which is pretty time-consuming, so the employer got be really interested in hiring you to be willing to go through all the trouble

regarding job offer and LMO, should that be also in a skilled position? or any job provided that it has a positive LMO? thanks!

To qualify in the FSW programme it must be a job in skill level O/A/B. if you obtain a job in skill level C/D, then you would have to qualify for a temporary work permit and TRV. Once you had worked in the position for a specified number of months (this varies by location and job) you can either apply for Canadian Experience Class or for a Provincial Nomination. Hope this helps.
