Hi everyone,
My case is outland processd while I am in Canada on Visitor visa.
How should I make the landing? Should I leave the country?

yes. Once you get your COPR, you need to exit Canada at the nearest border (most likely US!), and re-enter. WHen you enter, you tell them you want to "land as a PR" and with your passport + COPR, they will complete the procedures. It's quick ( 10 min more or less), and not stressful. If you don't have a US visa, you can just tell them at the border that you don't want to go to the US but you just need to flagpole, and they will do everything necessary.
