Scan them in 4 to a page, under each photo say who is in it, where it was taken and when it was taken.

I don't have colour printer :( Asking someone for colour copy here costs you 50RS and printing a photo from studio costs your 10rs

If you do like he says, that's 4 per sheet costing you 50rs instead of 40rs in total if printed separately. So, really just 12.50rs per picture :)

Don't go and submit 250 pics though. People say 10-15 are good enough. But of course there's no limit. And, seeing is how you are doing a Pakistani application, more might actually be better. So, you be the judge. I personally submitted 75.

There is no standard for photo supporting relationship; just to be significant about the relationship. Like both of you at different activity, wedding, honeymoon, etc
Photo with both family and friends. No need to have faces straight on camera ;). Just have to look natural.

Natural photos with different people, each other's family, recognisable landmarks etc, any photos where either/both of you are being goofy.

CIC wants to see you're a genuine couple and not just on paper.

If family has come to stay or you both visited family try and get a notarised declaration from them mentioning the visit.

I didn't have hard copies of my photos so I simply made collages of 4 and added them to word doc. Let's say one collage has pictures of you and your spouse from your honeymoon, you write a caption underneath saying who is in the photos, where are you, what were you doing etc. Keep the captions short and relevant.

For pictures where there were family, I labelled the pictures as top left picture: and then I wrote the people from left to right (be specific here as if you're explaining things to a child). This saved us from printing a bunch of pictures. And pictures can be from any angle -- make sure you include pictures of people who attended your functions (this is very important). Also make sure that when you're adding pictures from events, your family etc. should be smiling in them. You want to show the officer that your marriage was a success and your family members were happy with it.

according to CIC if your family is not smiling then its a sham marriage? then why would they let common law and others to apply for PR? What has family got to do anything if both husband and wife are happy? Even though I have photos where family is smiling but still its strange that you need to show a smiling faces.
