Hello,
I've applied for PR under CEC and lately I've received a progress bar with 5% ( Application Received ) in which Medical exam has already passed. With this case, Can I assume that R10 (Completeness of Document) check is done??? Below are my status
  • We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
  • Medical is passed
  • We do not need additional documents.
  • You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
  • We need your fingerprints to process your application. Check your messages below for details. ( Biometrics is done )
  • We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information
  • Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
Is that means that R10 check is completed??? Thanks :)

In most cases, a R10 check is done around the same time as your Medical review. So, its very likely that R10 is complete for your application.
Its pretty cursory, and involves some one over-viewing your application with the standard checklist against e-APR requirements.
It does not mean that all the documents required to support your application are included and no more documents shall be needed.
The thorough review about the eligibility and content/ genuineness of your documents is reviewed only during the Eligibility or 11.2 review.

Thanks for the response. Because, I've applied for BOWP which is why I am curious to know whether I will get my BOWP approved!! :)

Hi Skape7

My AOR-Jan 25

I called CIC today and the agent told me eligibility is met and my criminality is in process and security is not started yet.

I asked him what does met mean and he said met and passed are the same.

Does that mean my eligibility 11.2 is completed.

Please advice.

Thanks In advance

If the agent mentioned that Eligibility is met, then its safe to assume that you cleared the 11.2 requirements.

What about waiting the estimated 4 months for the rest of the application?

There is nothing else you can do, besides calling them everysingle day and annoy them, so try to relax and just check every once in a while in case they ask for a new document.
