@Naturgrl @scylla i do not have full 1 year experience yet but when i log in to ircc and check my eligibility for EE using their questionnaire, i am told i may be eligible and a profile is created for me. I am not sure why this is the case - is there any way to know why it says i am eligible...

so context that i have not applied yet i have a valid permit till oct 2025 and i can only apply for PR in may or june since that is when i become eligible. my crs score would be 515 and i would not be residing in quebec, although am working with a quebec employer.

also, if the employer has received an LMIA for a different employee before, do they need to do that again? since they have already been assessed?

where can i check eligibility? I am wondering if there is another option if my employer does not agree to an LMIA - would i have to leave Canadav
