How to Increase CRS Points

Dear Experts,

Can you please help me figure out how I can improve my CRS score?
I have 2 masters' degrees, one of them is from a Canadian university. My IELTS overall is 7. My wife also holds two Masters' degrees with an IELTS score of 7.5. We both have 18 years of work experience out of which 16 years is international but still my profile score is 360 (which reduced down to 327 now because one day when I signed in to my GC key my profile was all deleted and status of "ineligible" was showing, so I had to remake the profile)
With this score we have no chances to get an ITA.

Can you share what is the breakup of your points ?

Clearly age is a factor since your age will be close or above 40 yrs...

You need to score 8 in listening and at least 7 in all other sections.
