How to immigrate to other province as international student?

I am an international student in Quebec. I finish my Master's this December and I'll be applying for a PGWP. (I've been in Montreal for almost a year and a half)
Is it possible for me to move to British Columbia and start with my PR process there? Do I still count as international student there?

Would be amazing if someone could share their experience as international student from Quebec moving to another Canadian province.

Yes, you can move to any province and work there.

BC-PNP has a stream for international graduates and international post-graduates like pretty much all provinces the requirements are different for each one of them. Under BC-PNP international graduate you must have a permanent job-offer and your employer must be willing to support your application providing documents and filling up forms. Side Note: BC is extremely expensive compared to Quebec, if I was you I'd check Quebec immigration program and see what are your options! Good luck with your future plans

PRs are processed by the federal government, so it doesn't matter where you apply from. Unless you're interested in PNPs.

Why not? You sound like you've done it and are unsatisfied.

I am not sure yet, I'm considering it because everyone says the weather is nicer there. I don't mind rain, but I can't say the same about snow though.

I wanted to plan a couple visits there to see and make up my mind.

Another point would be that Quebec, more specifically Montreal is overcrowded and I'm not a big fan of the having to learn Quebecois and being forced to use it. I speak French, but Quebecois is a whole different story.

Anyway just exploring my options as I still have time to decide. Would you suggest any other province or city?

The website is very helpful I haven't really check Quebec's immigration website but BC PNP website and it's pretty easy to contact the BCPNP officers after you receive invitation to apply if you have any questions

I agree with this, the website is straight forward and program officers are easy to reach out to. I moved from Atlantic Canada to BC years ago, the only expensive aspect of BC is housing, car insurance and flight ticket can be little expensive compared to Toronto/Montreal. Every province has its prons and cons, I find BC weather, diverse culture (lower mainland), diverse economy/ jobs, and plus there are lots of activities to keep you active/enjoy whether you are single or with the family almost all in one..
Poster can also do own research before making final decision......

My intended province for studies is BC. Provinces have PNP programs for international graduates who graduate within the province and intend to stay in the province. You speak French so you will get extra points for that, I would suggest getting the PR first from Quebec and then moving. Your time as a student is counted towards your citizenship. Each day as a student is counted as half a day.
