Dear All - I am a 2005 applicant. Last May I got my information update letter with 90 days notice period. But before expiry of the 90 days they have issued the medical letter where interview is waived. I am not much accustomed with the new rule of application but I have seen people who had to face interview and those who got the waiver. My observation is you need to prove your adaptability, good IELTS score is a must but not all. If you have any exposure working with companies located in English speaking countries, or you are in active international communication all these will help. To add further, you can make a reflection that you are survivor even from the odds. All boiling down to one point - that is you will economically survive and will not become a burden for Canada. All the best.
