How to get rid of your Agents /Consultant

Dear All,

This threads is dedicated to all those guys who are trapped or cheated by their agent or consultant and wants to get rid of them

Those applicants (who are really fed up with their agent or consultant services) and who want to deal directly with Visa Office can do by filling the form IMM 5476 (by ticking the cancellation part in form)

After filling the form and signing it, you need to send it along with covering letter by courier giving your direct contact details:-

1) Email address ( please remember your email id and password)
All correspondence will be through emails so be prepared in giving email id which you remember and password

2) Address, PO Box No. ( Your office address and home address )
Give full address details for documents to be sent to you ( PPR, COPR,etc)

3) Your Contact number ( Mobile No, Telephone No)

Note :

1) Your consultant or agent cannot harm your case in anyway. Don't be scared of his threats and simply remove him from Authorized
Representative (even without informing them)

2) Job Offer from agent or consultant is 100% scam and don't get trapped into it

Please help me as I have been trapped by the consultant. I want him to take off from my application but he is saying that he can email to cic and my application will be rejected. He is saying as I am registered consultant so cic will support me. He has taken my signature on agrement but that paper is simple print out from computer. That's not a notarized or legal document. He is saying he will use that paper as a proof.

I have received my PER and file transferred to local visa office. At this stage, I got some dispute with my consultant, who is registered consultant. I want to take him off from my application. Please suggest if this is rite time to do this? Can he do something wrong with my application if I email to local visa office that I don't have any representative anymore. Please advice y

I have submitted my application to nova scatio and now they have transferred my application to local visa office ... Where I should send this form and which form I should use to update my email address, telephone and postal address.

You need to send the form 5476 and send to your local Visa office (not Nova Scotia) and report to IIRC as per PMM advise.

In form they will ask u the updated email id which should be yours and contact details + address for sending documents or other correspondences

i am in same situation my consultant never give me any update and inquiry to cic about my case. in result of this my will be expire in few months. in your comment what is PMM and should every one have to send letter to IRC when they cancel consultant.

They will inform you by email of changes. If you don't get email, you can send a inquiry for same and you will get reply.

Consultant also will be notified by Local Visa Office. He will be out of the process and you will be taking charge the correspondence.

Thanks for reply. I also like to know that what kind information or what to write in covering letter?
what if consultant try to contact about my case or giving some false information about me after his cancelation. will CIC reply him back?
