How to get rid of your Agents /Consultant

how do you know that the consultant will be notified? are you sure about that? I looked all over the web and couldn't find that anywhere.

PLEASE please tell me where to send agent cancellation form.
1) CIC OR CIO.........(Also plzz quote address)
2) LOCAL VISA OFFICE (MINE IS NDVO)

Also i have to send information through mail...??
I had received my PER.

U need to send form + cover letter to NDVO. Also send by email the form + cover letter

this is really helpful topic for those who got stuck with consultant/agent/representative and want to cancel or withdraw them. also i like to request all members of this forum share their exprience about this matter and keep posting helpful information.

I have 5476 ready with details. Can someone update this forum with sample cover letter. Also some people suggested to send the scanned version of both to CIC. Is there any email address I can use?

Send letter with all your case details such as name, uci,file no.,address, phone and rconsultant information and send via email and scanned copy to ur VO. if you have received any forwarded email from ur conultant you can find email address to where you have to send letter and form.
 
But Honestly I know many people who are in Canada through Job Offer through Consultant.......Believe or Not.......
