how to get refund

hi,
unable to get refund using my email, i have receipt # etc.
when i try to use the same email address which i used at time of paying fee, that email password does not match and password hints are also not working.
how can i get refund? should i call ircc agent to get refund? please help me

In your case calling IRCC would make sense.

I called IRCC today she gave me web form option, let’s see will I get refund or not
