"In order to satisfy ACRO requirements, you application must be endorsed by an individual employed as one of the following or similar professions.

Your endorser cannot be your partner or a family member (no matter how distantly related), must have known you for a minimum of two years, and must be eighteen years of age or older."

Based on the instruction above there is nothing to suggest that your endorser must be in the UK. Some have successfully used endorsers outside the UK.

You need to provide all "residence address" of last 10 years, irrespective the country. So if in last 10 years, you have had 2 addresses in UK and 7 in your home country you'll provide all of those with the dates. I do not think vacation counts as residence, since legally you were still living on the address where your house is when you travelled, so your residence doesn't change. However, if you remember the details of your travel like dates etc specially if it is for extended period, you can add that. Personally, I have not given residence for my Europe travel because I do not have hotel addresses with me and my "residence" legally was still my UK address as I had no legal right to have a residence in Europe on a schengen visa.

What do you mean by dates ? The dates and addresses you have lived at those addresses ? Only one I have seen had current address with no dates at that address. There was a date the certificate was issued, name/date of birth of the applicant and passport number/nationality and most important if no criminal records NO TRACE in capitals. If there were any convictions then my guess those would have dates as well as the offence.

The format is a standard format so if immigration were expecting address dates then am sure there would have been a lot more posts on here. Even the NZ certificate does not have multi addresses listed with dates.

Can you please help me with details if you have done before:

1.Proofs of your current address:I can provide Bank Statement, But the for the second one if I provide my passport will that be OK?
2.I have a new passport different than the one I was staying UK with,will I apply with the old one or the new one?
3.Your address history: While I was staying in UK I had changed my house 3 times,do I need to provide all of them?My current address is where I was living before and after UK.
