You need to provide all "residence address" of last 10 years, irrespective the country. So if in last 10 years, you have had 2 addresses in UK and 7 in your home country you'll provide all of those with the dates. I do not think vacation counts as residence, since legally you were still living on the address where your house is when you travelled, so your residence doesn't change. However, if you remember the details of your travel like dates etc specially if it is for extended period, you can add that. For further clarification you can write directly to PCC or call them.

Personally, I have not given residence for my Europe travel because I do not have hotel addresses with me and my "residence" legally was still my UK address as I had no legal right to have a residence in Europe on a schengen visa.
