How to get OINP nomination on new EE profile, prev got ineligible

With CRS of 429, I had received OINP invite, and had accepted it.
then my IELTS expired and EE profile got ineligible.
I have my new IELTS score and created new profile too.
now how do I get the nomination points on this profile ?
