Some things you have to experience by yourself.
Plenty of people on the forum have successfully submitted the application.
Try your Luck at least
Thanks for you update & hint...I got the message, but i have two questions (since i understand you already applied to SINP)

1. Under the NOC code their dropdown (in OASIS) only shows the NOCs which are in Demand. So as a general EE candidate (w/o an Jobs-in-Demand and Saskatoon Jobs subcategory) how do i choose my particular NOC. (As there is no way i can write my NOC other than the dropdown options)?

2. In my country (at the time of my birth) there were no Birth Certificates, and OASIS asks for it. The equivalent for this was to use 10th board exam certificates to prove DoB (This is also a known fact to CIC too). Is it ok if i upload than instead of a Birth Certificate?

Request your response...

You must choose only those occupations which are in-demand list

Go ahead with this, and explain this situation in a letter.

Then what is the difference between the In-Dermand and EE subcategory.

All it means is that only 'In-Demand' subcategory is open and EE subcategory still isn't.
