HOW TO GET INCORPORATED - URGENT PLEASE

I recently became a Permanent Resident in Ontario. I have got a Contract opportunity with a Bank in toronto. I am into Information Technology. I am being asked to incorporate myself. Can you please provide the steps to have myself incorporated at the earliest. I am require to join the new work on DEC.1.2014.

You need a SIN, then go to http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/tx/bsnss/tpcs/bn-ne/bro-ide/rstrctns/chcklst-eng.html

I assume you want to register as a Sole Proprietor.

Simply go to an accountant , he will take $150 and open your incorporation, HST number and also guide you with all mandatory guidelines .

I would try to do it on my own than paying someone for simple matters.

It's important that you read through the checklist plus all other info. They are straightforward but lengthy.
Once you register online, you will immediately get your BN and GST/HST.
CRA will send a confirmation by mail of your registration.
In my case, they also called me up to confirm all of the information and the registration. They also answered some of my questions.

If you need info, contact their call centres. They're easier to reach than the CIC Hotline and are very helpful.
