how to get ECA done, and which is best agency for that?

on WES site, they have mentioned that My university needs to send verified document to Canada..? how's this possible?
Will they send, If I request them..?

It's look like silly question, but It's basic for me, as I am applying without any Agent/Consultancy..
Please guide me on this

hi,
You don't need any agency for this...you need to visit wes website..there you need to fill form..and pay the fees...then you need to go to your university...to get transcript..take the 2 sets of xerox of all the marksheets (1st-8th semester) along with originals and the Academic Records Request Form of WES. Keep 2 separate blank covers. You have to take this to university office and the guys will verify the xerox along with originals and give back originals and keep the 2 sets of xerox and empty covers with him. Then just pay the fees (I guess 10 or 50 rs/- per marksheet, not sure) and collect the reciept. They wil lask you to come back after 20 working days or so.
He will hand over the one set of xerox and envelope (one set they will keep it for their records) with seal (won't stick it, you can stick it yourself after checking all docs)..You need to courier this transcript to WES address

I have contacted my uni., and they said, they will verify my degree and Marksheet + envelope. But what is transcript? is it from college or uni..?
do I also need to verify my HSC(higher secondary school) marksheet, with state board?
