How to Fix an error on the IRCC portal

Hello everyone, If you have flipped the 1st and last name on the portal but have entered it correctly on the BOC, how to fix the portal after submission. AOC has the 1st and last name correctly entered but not on the medical form. Will this be an issue. Application no and UCI are same on both documents. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated
