It is great that you are already in final stage of PR visa...Does it mean have you already applied ? or got into final stage of application and on the verge of submission?

On Job front if already applied, it would be ideal to reach Canada and then apply fro there with a resume stating local contact number. From previous posts on this forum, it is clear that 80% jobs convert into interview opportunities due to cold calling ( phone calls) rest 20% is advertisements.

Agencies offering arranged employment would be a option and mostly used for getting 10 points for PR application. But it might be ideal if the same agencies offer you a job on arrival. Be very careful as most of them charge you for getting a job offer ( which would not be necessary incase u have already applied)... Also lot of agencies in India have come under scanner for running a scam for arranged employment...

Wish u all the luck for PR processing...

As I said earlier, it is very tough in the sense of getting any job offers being in India...the employers need Permanent residents with local address & local contact number to even consider for any jobs...Yaxis can guide u in this matter....you can apply through them for jobs....good if that works out....Initial month or so will be an issue...Even I am from hotel industry bro...you have to have savings to dip into for first few days till u get job....what city r u planning to land? then I can suggest you some employers..also clarify what designation you are looking for?? like I am a F&B service department professional...good luck

All locations suggested by Nicolas are great as well as Calgary & Banff....Lots of jobs available...But I m researching on the certifications needed for any supervisory jobs ( like OH&S / First Aid etc etc...) You need to have them prior to joining any job...they are not necessary in India but very important western world...

I had thought of landing in Toronto as well .......................Can these certification be done staying in India ? I have a offer from a job agencies but dont know whether to trust or not ............how to find out abt there genuineness begin in India...............
