How to fill up IMM5713?

Hi,
I am applying for study permit & OWP for my spouse in the same application. So that I need fill up IMM5713. However I am facing difficulty about filling up the document.
As I want to take my spouse only so that I should fill up following in my sense. Please tell me if I am wrong.
1. In Section A point 1 & 2 it should be my details.
2. In Section A point 3 it should be my spouse details.
3. In section B it should be my Spouse's signature.
4. In section C it should be my signature.

Am i right?

That's the first time I've seen this form for spousal sponsorship. What is the point of this if you can just log in with your spouse's info?
