I am submitting an online study permit application from Pakistan. On the IMM5645 form, How do I write my names in Urdu in addition to English? Do I need to print the form off, write names in urdu and sign it with black pen and then scan and upload?

I’m pretty certain you don’t have to sign it if you’re applying for visa online. I didn’t sign any of my documents. They are to be signed if it is a paper application.

If it asking for as signature you can do it electronically whether online or paper. I remember signing everything electronically.

“If you are applying online, do not print out your application form to sign it. After you upload your application form and supporting documents, you'll be prompted to type your name in when you want to pay and submit your application. This is your electronic signature.”

Even I am confused now, some people are saying that we have to sign it after printing. I did not sign my imm5645 form and submitted it.
