How to fill IMM5645 Family Information form?

I am submitting an online study permit application from Pakistan. On the IMM5645 form, How do I write my names in Urdu in addition to English? Do I need to print the form off, write names in urdu and sign it with black pen and then scan and upload?

I’m pretty certain you don’t have to sign it if you’re applying for visa online. I didn’t sign any of my documents. They are to be signed if it is a paper application.

If it asking for as signature you can do it electronically whether online or paper. I remember signing everything electronically.

Even I am confused now, some people are saying that we have to sign it after printing. I did not sign my imm5645 form and submitted it.

This would clear everything up. So no you don’t have to physically sign any of the documents submitted. Don’t listen to anyone else!

The answer is no you don’t have to sign it. My agent said there is no need to do that and they lodge tens of files everyday(idp).
