Visa Office......

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
CIC has held many files in CPP-Ottawa and they did NOT do anything or help the Visa Office instead and after months they transferred the files without order
Now the Visa Office claims to have started processing the files based on the date they were received from Ottawa. However, that is NOT the order in which the files were recieved. There is huge unjustice
How to complain? How to find justice?

This is an example of CIC and their performance

You have made nearly 1500 posts and you don't know how the system works yet?

That web site shows that CIC is working hard and doing a reasonable job.

There will always be individual cases that have problems but when you consider just how many cases are processed each year, the percentage is low.

You can't rely on ecas. My ecas still says 'File received', and my file has since been transferred and I've received my PPR. So obviously, my application has been in process for awhile.

I do NOT have any doubts, CPP-Ottawa did NOT do anything at least for my case and others. I am 100% sure of what I am saying. I did speak to a CIC agent who confirmed they transfered the files...Not only this but I can see everything on my GCMS records now back to the question:

How to file official complaints against CIC services, performance, ...?

If you are still within stated processing times, I am not sure what that would accomplish. CIC works in mysterious ways.

since we are on the topic.

successful appeals are supposed to be 'fast tracked' through Ottawa. (won appeal august 2012)

So, why was my file sent to Mexico collecting dust for 6 months (its now in Ottawa)

4 years next month !

I have been to my MPP several times. Unfortunately, most people will do nothing !

Until their is 'political will' nothing will change. ???

sorry, I needed to vent......now I feel better.....wheres the Corona ?

The only way i could suggest, is to contact the current Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, MP Jason Kenney.

Contact info here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/about_us/minister/contact.asp

And probably CC your local MP as well.

i was thinkng......contacting the media

I hope this is a typo and you mean MP and not MPP? Since the MPP (Provincial Parliament) is useless here since they don't have jurisdiction in Fed level politics, so only your local MP can possibly do anything!

yes, you are correct MP

Yes, the media loves these things. I see them all the time on the news. Our local media has recently featured:

An Indo-Canadian man unsuccessfully trying to sponsor his old Aunt as a PR in the family class. He got the aunt over on a visitor's visa and is trying to sponsor her as a parent, in spite of the fact he has already sponsored his parents. She was facing deportation but now gets a second appeal.

A Filipina who was just sponsored as a dependent and didn't declare her child upon entry and is now upset she can't ever sponsor her child. They filmed the mother and child bawling on a Skype conversation. Apparently the child was born before the application was submitted and never mentioned. The family denies it.

These stories are heart wrenching and the public are appalled - even though both (to me) clearly break the basic rules. Why shouldn't they also be sympathetic to OUR stories? I think we need to get to the media and change people's perception of immigration.
