How to enter "two or more certificates" option

What is the correct way to select the "two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees" option in my Express Entry profile?

I have a four year bachelors degree and one year certificate, which are accredited on separate ECA reports.

In Express entry there are two drop down lists per qualification entry:
1. Level of education
2. Level of education (Canadian equivalent) shown on Education Credential Assessment (ECA) report

I initially had entered the bachelors degree and got the appropriate points. I then selected "two or more.." for the first and the specific Canadian equivalent (4 year degree or 1 year certificate) for the ECA reports. It processed for 24 hours but I didn't get points for "two or more".

I then reversed the entries, selecting either certificate or degree for option 1 and "two or more" for option 2. It processed immediately and no further points. I then selected all options as "two or more". It processed immediately and I didn't get points for "two or more".

Is the system stuck, do I need to withdraw and resubmit?

Or is it because I have two separate ECA reports and they've only checked one? The reports are from different organisations and its not possible to combine them into one.

UPDATE June 26: Its been suggested to remove both entries and then re-enter them. I will report back tomorrow if I get points for "two or more".

Solved: There seems to be a bug in their system. If you're facing the same problem, that is first having entered one qualification and got points for it and at a later date adding a second and changing the option to "two or more certificates", the system may get stuck on the previous points level.

Solution:
1.Remove all qualification entries, save and exit (but don't submit).
2.Then re-enter the form and enter both qualifications, making sure to select "two or more..." from all the drop down lists in each qualification entry (along with correct details and ECA reference etc).
3. Log out of the system and wait until you receive an email informing you that your application has been updated (may take up to 24 hours). Don't log in before this time.

I followed this procedure and my points were updated.

Hey John,

Need you help. I see myself in the same trouble of selecting Equivalency as per canada WES.

My wife's WES says Bachelors 4 years and one year of post graduate diploma. When i put in details of her bachelor's i select equivalency has bachelors. But when i put in details of her MA which is Master as per India and One year Post Grad Diploma as per WES, what do i select?

Bachelor’s degree or other programs (three or more years) at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
Two-year degree, diploma or certificate from a program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
One-year degree, diploma or certificate from a program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute

You help will be much appreciated.
