How to download e-certificate for minors under 14

As title suggests, I am trying to download e-certificate for my kids who are under 14 years. I was told not to submit their affirmation of oath as they are minors which I did not as they are under 14 Now I am planning to register their profile with the activation code sent to my email address that I listed in the application. Should I create a separate profile with each new email ID? TIA

You can use your account to download the certificate of your kids. You don't need a separate account.

I tired it but the message says wait 2-5 business days after oath ceremony. I downloaded mine and was successful. Would there be any delay for kids

They would not have processed the certificate for the kids. That's a generic message given till the process is completed by oath officer.

I’m In same situation now. Yesterday raised web form as well. No updates yet.

i raised a webform as well and just received a reply stating that there is a delay in their system and now it is confirmed. it can take a day or two to upload in the system. I hope this is a positive news

I received certificate for my kid just now. Think it will take 4days to process kids application that is what they told when I called IRCC. Hope you also receive asap.

Hello, It seems you were in the Edmonton office, How long does it take for you to download the certificate? My wife ceremony was 2 days ago and no download available yet,
