I will going to apply for Visa in Sept for Winter2013 Intake, I am struck in to get a way out that How can I convince VO that I will return back to my home Country after completing my Masters..provided my 2 Siblings Residing in Canada and They are Permanent Residents..

if u are a Business owner in ur home country, u can show them that u have opted this course to increase ur knowledge in the Business line and that you want to return back and take care of ur business after the completion of ur course.
U can also show that ur wife /parents are in ur home country and u want ot return back as u need to be with them.

U have not mentioned anything about urself, so i have no idea about ur stream and only know the fact that ur siblings are residents of Canada.
If u can mention more about urself, people might be able to help u!!!

Well, I`m Single and completed Bachlelors back in 2009 then have couple yrs of experience till now. Got offer from Dalhousie in MEng for Winter2013..thats it, Nothing else..

You can show business , job , property other than blood relations for hometies...

I just have job ..N I can only swing around to this..

Its very easy, just do a fake marriage in Pakistan or marry a kaam wali (housemaid) to show you home ties . Otherwise they have a very strong point in rejecting your application.

if u can then ask ur employer to issue you a letter which states that after completing ur studies in canada u can join his company. this is the very strong home tie which u can show

They will hardly go in that detail of finding the status of your sibling, but when you will be filing for your visa there is a form called FAMILY INFORMATION FORM, there you will have to enter name, current address, DOB, occupation, of all your family member ( father,mother,sibling,children and spouse). So that's pretty much. You can attach documents like property valuation if you have any and put recommendation letter from your past teachers writing recommendation stating that you are good student, who studies hard etc, this way you will be able to show the VO that you are a good genuine student whose sole purpose is studying.

ALSO THAT IS NO POINT THAT VO WILL REJECT ON BASIS OF YOUR SIBLING IS A P.R. IN CANADA, I HAVE A FRIEND WHOSE BROTHER WAS IN CANADA AS A PR AND HE GOT HIS STUDY PERMIT, SO RELAX IGNORE PEOPLE WHO SAY THAT ON BASIS OF THIS YOUR VISA WILL BE REJECTED.

With the track record of your siblings, you actually need to show more.
