how to contact visa office for study permit

My application is in visa office. for the past 6 weeks still now I didn't get any information. processing time for study permit is 6 weeks. Is there anyone who know how to contact visa office for study permit? inorder to know visa processing status.

Please check your email ebcause I applied in london office and got an email from them to submit more documents exactly after 6 weeks.After submitting the domunents I got the visa after two weeks so it took 8 weeks in total

what kind of document did they request you?

My visa office was also london, they requested my uni certificate......i can get you their email address and if its more than 6 weeks then u can ring them and they will transfer you to the emergency helpline number

addictive mate....can you please specify what uni certificate they asked for? And canadabest..you have to go to the canadian embassy in london to inquire about your file status
