How to contact Scarborough office?

Sorry if this is against the rules and/or it's already been posted, but I wanted to contact the Scarborough office to ask for an update because it has been too long since I applied for citizenship (September 2019). I have tried every method so far--multiple webforms, called IRCC agent, and wrote to my local MP. No success. All that is left to do is take the oath, and I am very frustrated that it has taken so long--especially when I see how much faster many other people's applications get processed.

Did you send an email to the email address that sent you the exam request? I saw in some threads that people said they did that and got oath date. They said they requested for status and mentioned that their application had taken over 24 months. Best of luck!

IRCC Scarborough and I have a love hate relationship
I requested them(by email) to expedite my application in June 2022 citing that I have business travels coming beginning in July etc. They promptly replied that it is not going to be possible. LoL..
I travelled and came back end of the month and promptly send them another email saying I am back in Canada along with the copy of my tickets/boarding pass.. My application got updated with all sections marked as completed on Aug 4.
Aug 9, tracker updated for Oath ceremony scheduled for Sep 13
I had to travel again on Sep 18, so I emailed SCR office if my ceremony can be moved to earlier date. They promptly replied that it is not going to be possible. LoL..
2 days before the ceremony I emailed them again... Hey mate can you expedite the certificates so I can apply for passport on urgent basis, I had included a letter from the manager highlighting the reasons for travel etc.. They promptly replied that it is not going to be possible. LoL..
But during the ceremony itself, the citizenship clerk acknowledged the email was received and I explained about the request again and she said she will dispatch the certificates by the end of the day but it will be sent via Canada post, standard service.
Thankfully I did receive the certificate on Sep 16
