I never said that fake letters and documents do not work (in fact fake documents look and are made more genuine than the legitimate ones. That is the reason some genuine cases are refused and as you said people with fake docs are in Canada now), but visa offices have a hard time verifying those documents and then conducting interviews to be satisfied that those fake documents are
GENUINE. I hope you would understand what I mean. It is just that overflow of these kinds of cases, cause the processing delays....that was the whole story I wanted to tell. Read the whole paragraph and then conclude. I know many people have difficulty comprehending, so I dont blame anyone.
