Its fake but if he needs any more convincing please post the offer letter removing his personal info. Ive got a good job and i dont get near that amount a month so someone that works on a front desk (no offence) is not getting that.

Also, the "Real Sysco" is not showing any vacancies for that role on the actual website.

How did he "cross check"? If he used any information from the offer letter to contact "HR", he's probably talking to the scammers still.
I agree with @russ6970 that this is almost certainly a scam/fake.

No, agent said him that he can send any person to their company and asked their about him that if they issued offer letter for him or not!

It will be a scam so do not pay any money. An employer cannot allocate any specific immigration officer and have no influence where any applications are even processed.

Now you have already shared copies documents you are at risk of those being used in Id fraud.

You need to post a copy of the offer letter as impossible to say whether fake or not from just the reference. Are they offering a flight, accommodation, food and other benefits. Have you been asked for copies of passport , education documents and asked to pay anything. If any of these then likely is fake.

Where exactly is this Southern Mall in Ontario ?

Without more information impossible for anyone to really comment and just because does not have the usual offers does not mean it might not be fake..
