Chances you recover your money are almost zero. But, they do list a US and Canada address on the web link you shared. May be see if there is a way to file an online complaint against them in either country. May be write an email to the local police station.
Also, email to IRCC.
Most likely, both the actions won't result in anything but doesn't hurt to try. May be someone takes some action against them and some innocent person would not suffer the way you did.
Looks fake to me.

I also got similar descriptions in Fake LMIA. Only difference is name of employer and third party. I have lost my money. Suggest to be very cautious as scammers may use different names to scam innocent people. Engage with registered immigration agency only
