I am trying to go CANADA for work and that's why I contact a company in here who sent worker in foreign.
They gave me a documents about LMIA approval but I have some doubt about you.
I request to you, please inform me about true, if this is a fack documents please provide me real owner of this documents.

No one can tell you. But don’t post personal information on a website. Scammers will take your passport number.

This totally sounds like a scam.
No one can get a work permit just by travelling to Canada with visitor visa without LMIA. (and this doesn't sound like a skilled job/LMIA exempted type of job)

So you are licensed to work as an electrican in the province of the LMIA? Do you have an ECA for degree/diploma? If not, it is fake. If job offers has free food, accommodations, airfare and crazy salary then fake.

Adding above there is no site, app or something similar to "check LMIA", you need to research on your own, have you applied for the said job? Have you been asked for money? Have you been offered free food, air ticket, accommodation? If all boxes tick it's a red flag.
