We can't tell by this information alone, but given it's a construction comlany, i highly doubt it's real. Post your job offer taking out personal information. If they are offering free flights and free feeding it's fake. If you have not actually applied for a job and had an interview then it is definitely fake. No company will just offer a job out of the blue.

It's very fake.

There is no such thing as "First Grade Diplomatic Protocol", employers do not assign visa officers to files, Stantec is an engineering consulting company not a construction company, there is no such thing as "LMIA Stream work permit visa," there is no such thing as "visa file activation fee" and you pay doctors for the medicals, not the visa office of the Canadian High Commission (not the Consulate General of Canada High Commission - it will either be a consulate or a High Commission, not both.) You're not a citiizen, so a reference to citizens in this message is pointless. It's no longer Citizenship and Immigration Canada, it's Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada.

I could keep going on with examples of why this is fake, but it doesn't matter.

Your attorney is stealing your money.

Your "employer" is looking to steal your identity.

Stop giving them money.

Don't give them any identification like passports or ID cards.
