 Uniforms and Maintenance : CAD $100/month
 Miscellaneous : CAD $130/month
 Professional Pursuits : CAD $140/month
Any expenses incurred during your work permit application process will be reimbursed as soon as you report to duty.
Benefits
As an employee of Bluverse Fruits Farm Ltd, Furnished Accommodation will be provided to all the workers, Food is
provided by the company management. One way air ticket will be provided to report to duty and contract can be
extended based on performance. Your working hours is 8 hours per day from Mon-Sat. And your contract is for 2
years and after which can be extended if you wish to extend.
You will also be entitled to the annual benefits as follows:
Health Care, Dental and Medical : Included
Leave Travel Concession for self and family : C

Also, if you search "Bluverse" on Google, the first suggestions that appear are "advance fee fraud," and "scam" so it seems like it's definitely a scam given the number of people - including on this forum - that have warned about its scam status.

Further, their website says they are located in the Fraser Valley, Quebec. Definitely fake. The Fraser Valley is in BC.

But Sir as per organization want to make CAQ and TWP and also I have CAQ certificate for the same and employer is not asking for the Fee but they are saying to make the TWP certificate and it's fee is CAD 220 which is refundable when I will be report to Duty.

It's fake.

But if you want to pay that fee, get rejected for the visa, potentially be banned from Canada, and never get your visa - go ahead.

There are several explanations. Your friend isn't telling the truth, The visa is fake.
