Your DUI was in Canada - right? If so, pretty logical for them to ask for the RCMP record. They're looking to confirm the charges / status of the charges.PMA said:Still waiting to hear something, but recently CIC acknowledge the receive of the application and requested RCMP record check which was submitted in March 2016. No idea why they wanted to see this, but hopefully something positive. I'm preparing for TRP to maintain legal status.
