Yes i already have all this.pls tell me how to apply online or through paper from outside canada.and can my sister hire me

It's through paper. Go through the guide in the cic website. Fill out all the forms. Mail all docs to CPC edmonton

Assume you have job experience as a caregiver as well. Family members have a hard time getting approved, especially close family members, because there was a lot of abuse of the program by family members. If your family member qualifies and wants the best chance at employment as a caregiver working for another family would increase her chances. There are some family members that do get approved but there are many families trying to bring family members over through this program. Many never actually work as nannies or get paid through the proper channels including paying the various deductions and taxes.
